Proper Care & Maintenance

• Washing: Always hand-wash using warm water and a mild dish soap. Never submerge it in water or place it inside a dishwasher, as high heat and soaking will cause the wood to split or warp.
• Drying: Wipe dry immediately with a clean cloth and store upright in its stand to allow uniform airflow. 
• Conditioning: Apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil every 3 to 4 weeks. This hydrates the wood fibers and prevents drying, cracking, or surface dullness over time.
